Who we Are

Hybrid Academy of Security and Behavioral Science focuses on providing security, workplace safety, and behavioral and cognitive education. We perform research projects designed to discover innovative and novel ways to face behavioral challenges and improve cognitive processes in complex or stressful environments.

Our training is a combination of cognition and situational awareness. We believe that the application of metacognition to the trained thought processes of individual people allows for greater awareness of the self and therefore greater awareness of the environment.

OUR MISSION

HYBRID'S mission is to improve and enhance the performance, mental capacity, as well as the emotional and mental health of first responders and law enforcement officers through the use of neuroscience, psychology, and metacognitive science. Our goal is to improve quality of performance, strengthen relationships between first responders and the public, and subsequently promote trust that leads to a safer environment.
